After a tremendous and stretching career in corporate, in 2020 I thought to myself – Is this what I want to be doing for the next 10 years – and the answer was NO.  At that moment, I realise that all the sacrifices and toleration and late nights, and heart aches was just not worth it anymore.  The attractive salary was not filling the need I had – being purposeful and living my passion.  The truth is, for a time it did. 

Up to that point, I valued every moment spent, every exciting connection, every great idea, every achievement, every late night, every difficult conversation, every uncomfortable moment, every disappointment – everything I experienced contributed to the person I stepped out to be. 

What is however discovered was that I LOVED the corporate life, and so my objective was to do corporate3 differently.  What if I can help the many leaders who are trying to do corporate differently!
